Nothing

Posted by Chris on 4 August, 2008

I’ve got nothing today. No exciting* weekend recaps, no thinly veiled bitch sessions and no political rants. I’m tired, I stayed up way too late reading Breaking Dawn** We had our friends P&B over for dinner on Saturday night and enjoyed good food, great wine and good companionship with them. Sunday found us at Trixie & T-bone’s place for pizza, beer and games. Whip & Nettie joined us as well and the afternoon was spent in the back yard drinking and laughing. Okay, so that was a little more than nothing, but it’s not much you have to admit.

Keep your eyes peeled for changes around here. I’ve got another wild hair and will be reorganizing my Blogroll*** in the near future. I actually have a lot of work to get done this week (I know I’m shocked too) so it may not happen as quickly as I would like. I’m teaching a workshop today and then I have a “let’s all be friends” meeting hosted by the R4BB this afternoon. Supposedly he thinks that the team morale problems will be solved by having a meeting and telling us all to play nice. I’ll have to let you know how that goes…

  1. “Breaking Dawn”: I took my daughter and her BFF to a book release party at Barnes & Noble on Friday…the place was filled with squealing teen girls and 2 teen gays…I’m so in the dark about this series (and movie).

Christopher ~ I was pleasantly surprised at the series. If you enjoyed the Harry Potter mania and/or vampires you might like this one.

Wild Hares scare me to death. Oh, wait…that’s something else.

Lewis – it’s the ones with the foaming mouths that you have to watch out for!

  5. You did pretty alright for having nothing much going on. I didn’t even post today at all, which is kind of rare. I’m kind of OK with not much exciting sometimes, though. :)

    FLUFFY BUNNIES!

Wait, that might be a different series about vampires.

Maggie ~ not exciting is a good weekend in my book!
Mike ~ vampiric bunnies – now that will keep me up at night
